We chose Tony Williams as our Real Estate Agent because (from our previous exposure to Tony through church activities) we knew Tony to be an honest integrity filled man who would work diligently on our behalf to find us just the right house to suit our personal needs. Tony didn't disappoint us. He stayed right on top of the Real Estate Market and our situation, and provided a continual flow of homes for us to consider; throughout the Georgia areas where we were interested in investing in our future. What impressed us most about Tony is that he worked tirelessly behind the scenes; and he also, worked as a great team player, to locate our new home and then to see us through the loan process to it's completion. His sense of commitment is amazing. His advise was right on, and extremely helpful. His knowledge and wisdom of the loan process is impecible. Tony's representation of himself as a Real Estate Professional and in his service to us personally is above reproach and I would highly recommend Tony Williams to anyone whose desire is to work together with an Agent that they can relax and be themselves with, and who they can depend on to get the job done from beginning to completion. Tony did the work to invest himself in education and developed wisdom, so that our investment would be the perfect one for us. Our hats off to a great Real Estate Professional and an equally fine man.

Tony was willing to meet me late in the day, after I got off work to view a house near the lake I had found online. The house wasn't what I was looking for, but Tony (as well as his lovely wife, Pam) stuck with me after that, and we viewed multiple houses before I found the perfect one. There was one house, that I was very interested in. It was perfect all around, even had an in-law suite in the basement. I was ready to make an offer. Tony came out and met Pam and I, and before I even had a chance to go any further with an inspection or even an offer.... he confirmed that the house was infested with termites and that I should probably re-think going for it. I was sad, because I loved that house. But it would have been very expensive to get rid of the problem. I was very thankful that he knew what to look for, and that he found the termites before I invested any money into the house. Both Tony and his wife Pam were very helpful, and I was glad to have them by my side as I purchased my first house.

Tony Williams goes above and beyond to work with his buyers! We found the home we ended up buying on New Year's Day and Tony came out to both open it for us to see the inside and then stayed and wrote up a contract. To me, working on a holiday to help your buyer get to the closing table first is amazing customer service. We plan to have Tony list our old house very soon. Tony is also extremely well versed in foreclosure and short sale purchases and can help negotiate the special legal needs for purchasing a foreclosure as we did.
