A 5 star review is well deserved when you’re realtor(s) successfully get the deal you want, with the price you offer and the concessions that are earnestly needed. A smooth closing [with the kind of lighthearted/bunch of fun atmosphere] spells 5 star, as well. More stars are deserved by this “pair” because of the manner in which we felt as though their efforts went well beyond the commission factor. They were sincerely interested in what was best for us at this stage of our lives. A couple of examples: needed an stress-free/right price moving company and handy man - they got us the best! Tony was willing to meet me late in the day, after I got off work to view a house near the lake I had found online. The house wasn't what I was looking for, but Tony (as well as his lovely wife, Pam) stuck with me after that, and we viewed multiple houses before I found the perfect one. There was one house, that I was very interested in. It was perfect all around, even had an in-law suite in the basement. I was ready to make an offer. Tony came out and met Pam and I, and before I even had a chance to go any further with an inspection or even an offer.... he confirmed that the house was infested with termites and that I should probably re-think going for it. I was sad, because I loved that house. But it would have been very expensive to get rid of the problem. I was very thankful that he knew what to look for, and that he found the termites before I invested any money into the house. Both Tony and his wife Pam were very helpful, and I was glad to have them by my side as I purchased my first house.

To me, working on a holiday to help your buyer get to the closing table first is amazing customer service. We plan to have Tony list our old house very soon. Tony is also extremely well versed in foreclosure and short sale purchases and can help negotiate the special legal needs for purchasing a foreclosure as we did.
