Tonya Brown

After experiencing a progressive career in human resources, Tonya took a leap of faith into real estate full-time. Tonya has over 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, and rental clients across Texas as their go to REALTOR for their residential and commercial needs, primarily in the Houston and San Antonio markets. In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in residential mortgage origination and new home sales and construction.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food and wine), gardening and landscapes, contemporary jazz music, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a master’s studies in law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021. Tonya is also working toward several prestigious designations in both residential and commercial real estate with plans to build a real estate team.
