There are many real estate agent in the Tri-Cities but Tonya Callies is tops!! She was recommended by some friends and we were so pleased to work with someone so knowledgeable of the area and how to prepare a home for sale. The recommendations she gave for the sale of our home were simple and effective. It sold almost immediately.

We were referred to The Callies Group by the agent that sold our house before we moved to Richland. We gave Julie our list of must haves she found around 10 houses that met our needs in the areas we wanted to live. But that is what she is supposed to do. The support we received during the sales agreement and the inspection process is the part that really mattered. Julie and Tonya made sure the seller completed all the items and fulfilled their commitments.

In this market, there are more than enough agents to choose from, so you should be picky in who you choose and make sure they will meet your needs. You can't go wrong with Tonya and Julie. They are amazing! It makes a difference when you hire a full time agent. We are so impressed with how efficiently they staged, scheduled pictures, and listed our house. The process was extremely smooth and painless, especially because they were with us every step of the way. Communication is consistent and speedy.
