If you are planning on selling or buying a home, I highly recommend Tonya & Pat Tye! We originally bought a new house in Mill Creek ten years ago and Tonya was our realtor. She helped us through the build process using her years of knowledge in the industry. She truly became a friend to us in the process and looked out for our best interests. After we bought the house, she stayed in touch with us, sent us current info on the value of our house, sent us nice cards, and checked up on us periodically. When we were ready to sell the house this year, Tonya answered all of our many questions regarding how to prepare our house for sale and regarding the process. When it was time to sell, she went above and beyond to help us sell the house once we left for Georgia and had to handle everything remotely. Tonya always listened and addressed any concerns we had during the entire process. Highly recommend!
