No words can measure the joy it was working with Tonya Williams. From day one she was a pleasure, professional and always available when I needed her. My home buying experience was flawless! Tonya kept me updated on a regular basis and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She is an absolute wonderful realtor! How did the agent give you timely inventory update during the home search?
Tonya used various communication methods to provide timely inventory updates. These methods included phone, text, and email. She used them judicially. Items that had more time were notified through email. Items that required more acute attention were notified by text. Items that required immediate attention were discussed over the phone.

How well did the agent inform you of contract negotiations?
Tonya was very informed of the negotiations process. She provided timely updates through all stages. Further, she helped us understand who the best point of contact may be for particular questions (ex. Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Escrow Lead).

How did the agent ease first-time homebuyer’s stress?
As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of concerns and questions. Tonya addressed our concerns as they arose and was willing to guide and teach throughout the process. The time and energy to help us navigate the process were substantial. We could not have asked for a better partner. We asked a lot of questions and expressed hesitation. Looking back at the homebuying process, we nearly missed this home purchase due to our lack of knowledge and associated uncertainty. She was able to provide needed knowledge to help us make timely decisions.

Did the agent provide reminders of each deadline?
Tonya provided timely reminders for each contractual deadline. Timeliness enabled necessary planning and coordination needed to execute required actions to meet each deadline.

How did the agent work on disagreement issues with the seller?
Tonya provided historical context of what was fair for the local market prior to anticipated friction points between buyer and seller. As a first-time homebuyer, our alignment prior to these friction points enabled us to move through these events.

Did the agent continue the service after the escrow closes?
Yes. Tonya continued to exceed expectations after the escrow closed. As an active duty service member, our network in this new location was very limited. She filled this gap and helped in a number of ways from checking on the house to ensuring the house was well-kept prior to our arrival. In effect, she acted as a great neighbor. Unable to capture the immense gratitude we have towards Tonya Williams.

Tonya Williams was an outstanding real estate agent! This was our first home purchase during a very volatile market, and we had to buy while living in another state (military). She made us comfortable with every step of the process. Tonya is knowledgeable, honest, and relatable. We highly recommend her, and we will be using her again. Summer House Realty is a great agency.
