About Tonyia

Tonyia grew up in Fairfax, Virginia and attended East Carolina University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Upon graduation, she worked as a police officer and fire fighter for the City of North Myrtle Beach. She worked there a number of years and realized that she wanted to work in sales and marketing. During this time, she obtained her SC real estate license. Tonyia has always enjoyed working with people and the real estate field gave her the opportunity to do this.

She has lived in Myrtle Beach since 1994 and has extensive knowledge of the area and the real estate market. She prides herself on excellent customer service with a personal touch. Tonyia listens to her clients and then finds the best choices for them, negotiates the best terms, and guides them through the maze of financing, contingencies, disclosures, title work, and escrow. Her goal is to make the experience as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible for them. She wants her clients to truly feel and know that she is their realtor and friend for life.
