We arrived in Seneca not having a clue on anything about the town or any areas for us to purchase a home but when we hooked up with tookie we spent a day and a half looking on the second day and the second house we submitted an offer. the offer was accepted the same day and closing was 3 or 4 days later. she has continued to help us in learning the area along with any events that we would be interested in she is not just that next real estate lady she is a friend and continues to assist us in the new journey my wife and I are on thank you TOOKIE

We selected Tookie because we wanted to work with a veteran realtor. We expected Tookie to show us homes, that fit what we were looking for and that is EXACTLY what she did. She didn't waste our time looking at houses that were more money than what we wanted to pay or were larger than what we were looking for. She selected the houses, had printouts for each one, in order of our viewings. If we had any questions, she responded very quickly and if she wasn't sure of an answer, she found it out, before answering us. Her dedication to her clients is what really impressed me. Her knowledge of the area and her genuine friendliness made our trip worth it. AND, she found our Forever Home!
