Mr. McClain got me and my wife in our “forever home”! It took us 2 long years to find the home that was perfect for us and he was there every step of the way. I was very impressed with the patience Mr. McClain displayed while negotiating my deal. After the inspection, he was able to get 27 of the 30 major items done on my inspection list. The house had a smell that was a deal breaker for me. Mr. McClain did some research and found a company called OnEighty Solutions to Biosweep the home. This was an expensive process and Mr. McClain was able to get the seller to pay that expense. Overall, I am very pleased with my home buying experience with Mr. McClain and would recommend anytime.
