I initially reached out to Tou Long to be our realtor as we were looking to sell our house and look for a different house. This was the third time that we will be buying and the second time we will be selling. Tou was able to help us find a house and get an accepted offer before we even list our house for sale. Unfortunately, our accepted offer had a bump clause and we were bumped because our house did not sell yet. During this time, we thought about pulling our house from the market because we did not get the house we wanted. Tou advised us to keep it on the market and let it play out. We followed his advice. Within 2 days, we found another house which was better than the one we didn't get. We got an accepted offer right away and a great credit back without going over the asking price. In addition, our house sold in the timeframe that Tou projected to us in the price that we wanted. In the end, everything worked out well. We sold our house and moved into our newly constructed home. Tou was able to help us sell our house and buy a house we can call our home. Tou's communication with us throughout the selling and buying process was excellent and he kept us informed of every major or minor changes that needs to take place. It may have taken 3 years to find one but he walked us through every little step when we did. I'm a first time home buyer and my experience working with Tou Long at Creative Results was an awesome one. He is very knowledgeable in the field and was helpful in educating me every step of the way. He was not a pushy realtor who was just trying to make a sale. Instead, he was very patient and attended to all my needs/wants in a house. The best part throughout this process was that he was very flexible in accommodating my work and travel schedule. I would definitely work with Creative Results again and I recommend any buyer/seller to get in contact with them as well.

It was a pleasure working with Toulong. We are first time homebuyers and he was super knowledgeable and very responsive to questions whenever we had any. When we would go look at potential houses, we didn't feel rushed at all as he would take his time explaining different details about the house that we didn't know of. He also shared his thoughts and advice about the houses that definitely help our decisions on deciding what we were looking for and what houses to stay away from. Tou L, Yang he is a great realtor help me success my home dream. Before I knew him I talked to two realtors and they didn`t help me anything. They just asked me if I have a pre-approval letter. I said no because I tried to apply for mortgage loan at my bank and they required two years history work. I just got my new job for a year and half that`s why I didn`t get my pre-approval letter from my bank. The realtors seem like they didn`t want to talk to me. They said well we will help you find a home when you got your pre-approval letter and let us know. One day I found Tou L, Yang in facebook and I tried to talk to him that I wanted to find me a home but I didn`t have a pre-approval letter. I asked him that did mortgage loan really want a two years history of work, then he said maybe yes and maybe not. So he gave me a phone number that I can talked to one of the mortgage loan service. Finally, I got qualify for the loan and got my first pre-approval letter. So he started help me hunting for a home. So I fond one of my dream home after six months hunting with him. He help me dealing with the seller for an offer. Couple days later he called me that the seller accepted our offer so I very happy about that. He also help doing the paper works step by step until the closing date is coming. I just got my first home couple weeks ago. Thank you for Tou L, Yang, you are great realtor.

Immediately I knew I had a great realtor after my first conversation with Tou. He was very knowledgeable about the market. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable that I can trust him with selling my house and purchasing a new one. He did everything I asked of him and more. He guided me through this stressful process and took his time explaining things to me in a way that I can understand. I seriously thought I was going to have a difficult time trying to sell my house for a price that I was asking. He helped me sell it before it even went on the market for more than what I was expecting. I was very pleased. We looked at about 25 homes before purchasing our forever home and he was with us all the way. He helped us look for a home that matched our lifestyle and meet our cultural needs. Tlong could not have made our first time home buying experience a better one.

My wife and I work long shifts and Tlong was always willing to meet right away for viewings when possible. He was always flexible, quick to respond, and patient. We felt he was honest and real. He was not pushy and always gave us advise when we asked questions.

Our favorite thing about Tlong was that he was quick to respond with a quick text or email. An appointment never really needed it. We also felt he kept our interests in mind and not only trying to sell us any house.

We feel that because Tlong was flexible and responsive, we were able to find a home and close as quickly as in 3 months. Even after closing, Tlong continues to assist us whenever we have questions. We will definitely refer friends and families. We will definitely work with Tlong and Creative Results again.

Tou Yang is an excellent agent. He gives good advises and input on properties. What I love about working with him is that he always give his two cents on a property. He's very knowledgeable about house structures and point out the negatives of it too, which, informs you if the property is worth your money. If you have questions and Tou doesn't know. We knew Tou Long personally and also got to know him professionally when he helped us sell our home and the purchasing of our new home. It was a stressful situation with selling and buying at the same time but Tou made the process a breeze not to mention during this pandemic. We got multiple offers on the first day of showing.
