TR has built his career making real estate ambitions and dreams a reality for over three hundred families and individual professionals. The principles of trust, communication, and service are the foundation to his business and the keys to success. The success is shared among his clients and the people who have trusted him to guide them through the often-difficult process of buying and/or selling real estate today. A common thread his clients often appreciate is his range of experience. TR lives 100% to what he teaches and preaches. His personal experience entails bought & sold properties, general contracted a new construction house, remodeled & flipped houses, managed his own rental properties, and will be always in the market to look, but not necessarily to buy.

Entrepreneur enterprise has been part of the Swanwick family for generations. Real Estate has been the primary business for the past 35 years. HIs father is a Home Builder and Developer. Mom has owned a handful of small businesses from health to interior design. His sister currently owns a Professional Blog called Crunchy Beach Mama. The family generations of small business ownership have provided opportunity and knowledge to become the leader TR is today.

As a profession, this is his 16th year in real estate. Originally from Iowa, TR has brought his Midwest work ethic, family values, investment expertise, and award-winning service to the Front Range. His career is balanced by a handful of activities and humanitarian efforts. He is an avid outdoorsman. Landscape photography, snow skiing & shoeing, hiking, and exploring to the west keeps his mind at ease. Sustainable development and philanthropy are his life passions. A humanitarian at heart, he loves to volunteer and donate in a variety of meaningful ways in the local communities.
