Tracey was everything we could ever ask for in a real estate agent, and more! Because of her tireless marketing efforts (in a turbulent market), plus her negotiating skills, we were able to get $25/sq ft more than any other home in our neighborhood, which was a huge bonus! She then showed her versatility by helping us find a fixer-upper for our next project, then helped us negotiate a purchase price significantly below full list, all within 2 weeks of starting our search! We can't say enough about all she did for us and would thoroughly and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Tracey was a great realtor. She insured we had open houses almost every weekend and provided feedback in a timely manner after showings. Her advice on upgrades allowed us to fetch the sale price we were desiring. The closing was seem less and I know that was because of her efforts! Thank you for everything Tracey!
