Tracey Giery is the Lead Agent for The Giery Team, a family owned and operated real estate team in Southern Ocean County NJ. Co-Owned with her daughter, Bridgett Giery, this mother daughter duo has been in business together since 2014 and have helped over 175 families achieve their goals through real estate by building their business through repeat clients and past client referrals. Tracey & The Giery Team serve all Southern Ocean County Primarily Long Beach Island, Beach Haven West, Manahawkin, Tuckerton, and Little Egg Harbor. Tracey specializes in representing sellers, buyers, and investors of vacation homes, waterfront & beachfront homes, & primary residences whether upsizing or downsizing, as well as adult communities and first-time home buyers and sellers. Tracey & The Giery Team bring positivity and enthusiasm to the real estate transaction and treat all their clients like they are a part of the family. Tracey brings 15 years of experience to the transaction and is a powerful negotiator for their clients.
