Tracey Rice

Calling Oklahoma home for the past 20 years, Tracy has enjoyed helping people find the perfect place for their family to call home too. She has been a licensed realtor in the Edmond and North Oklahoma City area since 2014, and has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know those she has worked with so far.

Before real estate, she co-founded and ran successful pre-school and childcare centers that grew into four locations and employed over 60 people over 16 years. As a result of developing childcare centers, she has become very acquainted with the various school districts surrounding Edmond and North Oklahoma City. Combining this knowledge with the knowledge she has after living in several neighborhoods, she is well prepared to help you find the perfect place for your family to call home.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and her children, Brooke and Blake.
