Traci Madison

In 2003, Traci Madison, Broker/Owner of Madison Real Estate, obtained her residential real estate license with Weichert Realtors ®. In 2005 she joined RE/MAX, where her success advanced her career to Top Producer status. Her continued growth compelled her to open the doors of Madison Real Estate in November of 2016.

As a resident of Delaware since 1998, Traci has become very knowledgeable about the area and loves to see home values rise in this state and surrounding areas. Currently, Traci is a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors®, Cecil County MD Board of Realtors®, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® and sits on the Professional Standards Committee (NCCBOR), which falls in line with her values to offer integrity, trust and uncompromising professionalism.
