About Traci

With a passion for real estate spanning over two decades I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and received my Real Estate Broker license in 2012. I was the acting Broker of Indian Springs Real Estate from 2017 to 2026, specializing in residential properties within the esteemed Indian Springs Golf & Country Club community. In April 2026, I began a new journey in real estate and opened Palm Shadow Realty.
I began my real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator for top producers in Ojai, California, before transitioning to real estate sales in Ojai. In my role as a Transaction Coordinator, I learned the ins and outs of a real estate transaction, which is not taught to agents when getting their real estate license. I later moved to the Coachella Valley in 2003 with my husband and two young sons, where I then worked as a New Construction Sales Consultant at Indian Springs Golf & Country Club from 2003 to 2005 and then continued my real estate career in the residential resale market throughout the Coachella Valley from 2005 to the present.
Prior to getting into real estate, I was employed for many years as a Paralegal. My legal background brings meticulous attention to detail to every transaction as well as comprehensive knowledge of real estate contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance. This legal expertise ensures that transactions are handled efficiently and accurately, minimizing risks and providing clients with peace of mind.
In addition to my legal background, I have been around the construction industry my entire life, with my father who owned a construction company and my husband of 30+ years who is a General Contractor. With a background in construction management, I bring a hands-on knowledge to assess property value, identify potential issues, and offer informed advice on property improvements and renovations, maximizing investment opportunities for clients.
As a resident of Indian Springs Golf & Country Club since its inception, I am deeply ingrained in the community. Giving back to the community is also important to me. I take great pride in having raised over $10,000 for local charities, including Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, FIND Food Bank, Olive Crest, Desert Autism Foundation, Desert Arc, Shelter From the Storm, Street Life Project, Jessie Rees Foundation (NEGU), Paws & Hearts, as well as a yearly hole sponsor for the Indian Springs Women's Golf Association.

My two boys came to the desert when they were 6 and 9 years old. They grew up here in the Coachella Valley, went through the public school system and were involved in many sports throughout their childhood. We as a family could not have brought our children up in a better kid-friendly environment than what we have here in the Coachella Valley. The family atmosphere and lifelong close friendships they procured while living here are more than a blessing.
