Traci Timmons

Traci Timmons has always been fascinated with homes, their history, architecture, and structure. Licensed in real estate since 2021, she loves working with people and keeping sharp attention to detail. Educated at Cornell, NYU and the NW Actors Studio Conservatory, she is fluent in both English and Spanish with an eclectic skill set. She excels at forging lasting connections and knows how to find answers to questions she doesn’t already know. She also runs her own arts education program, teaching acting, voice and art to students of all ages, as well as creating her own programs and curricula from scratch. With a background in various executive positions and producing multi-location nation-wide events including at Madison Square Garden and in the NYC International Fringe Festival. She has dedicated her life to helping people express themselves creatively and sees placing people in the comfortable home of their dreams as a natural extension of that work. Traci prides herself on listening to her clients and making sure that their unique needs are met.
