Tracie Choate

As a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest Tracie knows all this beautiful area has to offer. After obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, she started her real estate career in residential multi-family property management. Over the course of the last 26 years, she has experienced every facet of residential and commercial property management and sales. For the past 18 years her primary focus has been single family residential home sales. She has assisted her clients in achieving their real estate goals while navigating the constraints and possibilities of both hot and slow real estate markets. In 2018, she became the Branch Manager of a large brokerage in Olympia, Washington. This is where Tracie discovered her true passion for mentoring brokers and helping them develop thriving businesses of their own. Since then, she has taken this passion and partnered with a company that shares her values and philosophy that “Everyone wins” opening Realty ONE Group Bold in August of 2021. As a lifelong learner she is devoted to helping both new and experienced brokers discover how they can grow professionally, advance their careers, and achieve their goals. In owning Realty ONE Group Bold with her husband Stan and teaming up with him to assist their clients she is able to enjoy mentoring, coaching and real estate consulting. It is the best of both worlds for her! Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, being a mom to her amazing two sons, volunteering in the local community, wine tasting, kayaking, hiking, walking her beautiful Australian Shepherds Nala and Belle, or cuddling with their family cats Russell and Wilson.
