Tracie DeMars

Tracie is a mother, a friend, and a wife. She is an avid reader, an incurable optimist and a planner. She is a slightly insane cat lady as well. She adores her husband and her three children to the point of extreme sappy-ness.

Tracie is an alumnus of Clark College where she studied and has degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, & Merchandising Management. She has previous work experience in accounting, office management, human resources, customer service, and marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a member of the Clark County Association of Realtors (CCAR), an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

What it comes down to is that Tracie takes her commitment to her profession and to her clients seriously. She genuinely believes that customer loyalty is built with excellent customer service. She likes to have fun with her clients as the home adventure can be a stressful one, and laughter soothes the soul. What she likes to remind her clients is that whether you are buying, or selling (or both) a home, it is YOUR home adventure and that she is a bridge to help you get where you are to where you want to be.

A real estate broker & a lender is a lot like GPS...you have a destination in mind, and it is their job to help you get there. Tracie can (& will) assist, advise, and help, but you drive the bus.
