Inspired by a long-time family business in new home construction, Tracie kicked started her real estate career on the legal side - assisting in many closings and acquiring nine years of experience in property management for territories across the Southeast. However, the invaluable skills she obtained as a digital advertising executive over the years for recognized companies, including AOL, CBS, IAC, and Trader Publishing, taught her one of the most vital lessons in real estate: online advertising is one of the highest-ranking methods for consumers when searching for a home.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, she applies these tools to her day-to-day work. Her aggressive online and social media marketing strategies are major keys to achieving the most successful results for her clients. As a Top Performing REALTOR® in the company’s North Atlanta Office, Tracie focuses on the Cumming, Milton, Alpharetta, Hickory Flat, Canton, Johns Creek, Ball Ground, and Roswell areas.

Originally from Hickory Flat, Tracie enjoys staying active within her community of Milton. Her creativity shines through her painting, and she finds joy and relaxation in traveling, as well as tennis, yoga, and kickboxing! She and her husband have three children, and they are members of North Point Community Church where she leads a small group in the middle school ministry.
