Tracie and her husband Vince have owned and restored homes in La Caada Flintridge since starting their family here in 1999. With family, friends, and home improvement at the core of her active lifestyle, Tracie left her longtime entertainment finance career and followed her passion into real estate. Her distinctive vision, tenacity, and results make her the go-to expert in the foothill communities of La Caada, Pasadena, and surrounding areas.
Determined to give back, Tracie and Vince participate in the La Caada Flintridge Educational Foundation through sponsorship, volunteering, and even spearheading the events. Tracie began the LCE Halloween Pumpkin Patch with her own resources, which turned into an ongoing community tradition still cherished today. Honoring her husband’s successful battle against cancer, Tracie proudly partners with the Movember Foundation in a campaign every Fall to raise awareness for some of the biggest health issues faced by men today.
Over the course of many transactions, Tracie found a rare kindred soul in colleague Sheila Arat. In 2020 they decided to partner and form Heileson Team to set a new standard in luxury customer service.
