Mammoth Lakes CA, was a weekend trip that turned into forever in 2011. With roots in both South Lake Tahoe, CA, and Orange County CA, she moved to the middle of both places she grow up and loved. Real Estate has always been part of her life in one area or another. Having worked in the lending side of the industry first as a processor then loan officer, eventually learning the back side which included servicing representative , training coordinator and foreclosure officer. Eventually jumping head first in Real Estate in 2001 and never looking back. Her previous experience has only enhanced her ability to assist on every level of a client's needs during and after any real estate transaction. Her time is split equally with two other companies she opened through the years that go hand in hand with Real Estate and the community. She is an overachiever when it comes to business and takes great pride in all her work including her relationships with whom she works with.
When she is not running a company or working on real estate, you'll find that most of her time during the winter season is playing in the snow. As an adventurous snowmobiler, skier or instructor to her grandchildren. Tracie loves exploring the mountains year round on whatever can get her there the quickest. Summertime is best outside, whether it be on a trail, fishing, camping, riding her Polaris Ranger in the back country or as far as she can get to it.
She loves to travels as often as she can, new place every year no exceptions.
Tracie spends a lot of time with her family and grandchildren, whether it's a football game, baseball game, jiujitsu event, gymnastics class or swimming event. She is there, running up and down the side of something cheering them on with one of them on her hip and one on her heals. It’s never a dull moment as expected.
Tracie has never taken for granted how lucky she is to be doing what she does for a living while living in one of the most spectacular places in the world. She always tells anyone looking for real estate that its only a matter of time before you just stop going back to wherever you came from, next thing you know you find yourself never leaving. It happens all the time, if you can do it, do it. Why not…..
