Tracy from start to finish made the process of purchasing our first and forever home seamless. She is quite established and works with a team of experts throughout the entire process. The highly developed team Tracy has cultivated allowed both my husband and my fast paced corporate jobs not to be disturbed. I would trust no one else to handle my biggest life purchase. From open houses to closing papers and refinancing our hands were held the entire way. We were able to find, purchase, and move into our forever home in a months time due to this intelligent, devoted woman. We have used Tracy Cash since we moved here 13 years ago. We bought our first home with her, sold it bought another and last year sold it and we used her each time. Then our son bought his first home 2 years ago and used Tracy as well. Tracy is a wonderful agent and knows the market whatever it may be at the time. She works for you to keep the "Cash" in your pocket! I highly recommend Tracy if you are selling a home or purchasing a home.

I utilized Tracy Cash as my real estate agent after my mom passed away. She was very helpful in providing helpful tips to us on how to proceed with selling. Additionally, she was very knowledgeable about how our listing should be positioned. In our case it was an "as is" sale as we had not lived in the home. She was very open to getting our feedback on the write up prior to posting the listing and we went back and forth several times to get it just right. She did her homework and showed us many different homes that were similar that had recently sold in the area to help us to arrive at the right price point. Basically, any time I reached out to her she made herself available (weekends, nights it didn't matter) to answer any question or concern we had. Overall, Tracy Cash was an excellent choice and we would highly recommend her to assist you in the sale/purchase of your home.
