Hi there, My name is Tracy Drown and I love helping my clients buy and sell homes! I specialize in representing my clients in the sale and purchase of single-family homes, which includes condos and townhomes, as well as helping clients analyze and purchase income property within the cities of Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Clark County Nevada. In addition to traditional sales, I am very comfortable listing and or helping you to buy Short Sales, REO-Foreclosures, and all types of buyer representation. I keep current with education on the real estate market including; trends and home values (both local and national), mortgages, interest rates, first time home buyers, new housing communities I am also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools. I have also helped many clients with home renovation as I have a “flair” for home design!

Having moved here with my family 17 years ago from Soldotna Alaska, I know what it is like to relocate and/or invest in another community. We have grown to love the Las Vegas Valley and all that it has to offer. Our 4 children have excelled in the Clark County School District, and the various opportunities that such a dynamic metropolitan area offer, are amazing. Our children have all graduated from Clark County schools and 2 of them have chosen UNLV as their college. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, running, hiking, sewing, spending time with my sweet dogs (a dachshund and a pug) and working out.
