UPDATE: I won the lottery of Buyers agents in Mr. Tracy Highspencer! He was instrumental in helping me traverse the crazy housing market through the end of June 2022. Through many many searches due to the low inventory, and having a VA loan cert, he kept my spirits up by being and staying up-beat and committed to helping me find a home. His assessment of realistic appraisal figures and more is astounding. Tracy and Tina at Bay Equity worked seamlessly on my home buying experience. We closed in 22 days - on a VA loan. Phenomenal. It all led to that end by having a dedicated and hard-working Agent in my corner. Endless thanks to Tracy.

Tracy is such a giving person. really true and true. I recently worked with him in a real estate transaction, and let me tell you this man goes above and beyond for his client and with other realtors. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Tracy Highspencer stands out as the best ABQ has to offer: His organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence is strong, and I can tell he puts a lot of work into his listings.

He spends hours answering questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Tracy makes the process incredibly easy and takes extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

I see his listings and I am blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really pay off for his sellers and buyers.
