At the beginning of her real estate career in 2004, Tracy showed promise and enthusiasm for the real estate profession. She was continuously researching, creating, and working diligently on various projects. She became a full business partner in 2006 and began managing listings, sales, and marketing projects for the Derrick Lingo & Tracy Kelley Team.
Tracy currently specializes in listing and selling properties throughout Sussex County, Delaware. She concentrates strongly on the resort real estate market. Prior to selling real estate, Tracy worked as a technology specialist for Cape Henlopen School District. She holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a master's degree in counseling. She also did graduate level studies in information technology, and she has taught adult education classes for Cape Henlopen School District and Wilmington College.
