About Tracy

Since obtaining her real estate license in 1999, Tracy Kelly has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in Sun City and the Lowcountry area. Her husband, Art Kelly, has also been actively selling new homes in Sun City for over 15 years so together they have extensive knowledge of real estate in this area.

In 2006, she obtained my broker’s license and became the Broker-In-Charge of ATK Properties. In 2013, she transferred my license to Weichert, Realtors® - Coastal Properties and have been able to help many clients list and sell their homes successfully. She has achieved the prestigious Presidents Club Award in 2016, 2018 & 2019 and achieved the Executive Club Award in 2017. Outside of selling real estate, Tracy enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her beautiful family! Tracy and Art have two active teenagers and they enjoy playing tennis, boating and the Lowcountry lifestyle.
