Tracy Lemmon

Tracy was raised in Richmond, Virginia and has lived in Chesterfield County for over 40 years. She has extensive knowledge of Chesterfield and its surrounding areas. She is a devoted wife and mother. She has always stayed connected in her community by volunteering at her son's school and was a member of the PTA board, as well as the varsity cheer coach at Manchester High School. One of her proudest moments while coaching was being able to bring the Sparkle Effect program to the MHS cheer squad. Tracy's strongest qualities are her integrity, hard work and creative service in every detail of the real estate transaction. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details to ensure a smooth transaction for her buyers and sellers. Clients trust her judgement, availability, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with her client’s best interest at heart. She represents her clients to the best of her abilities and educates them throughout every step of the process, so they can make the best decision possible.
