We had an opportunity to work with Tracy on a purchase of a multifamily property in Chicago,
We are an out of state investors and encountered several challenges at the beginning of the process. Tracy helped us with numerous issues that were not required of her. She is very experienced professional with big heart.
She performed above and beyond her call of duty and we will recommend her to anyone who wants to explore the Chicago Market. We could have not done it without her and we can’t wait to come back and buy many more properties with Tracy.

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Tracy was very professional as well as personal. Our stresses were high as to purchase in different and our criteria needed to be met. Tracy is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is also an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Tracy moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our investment, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Tracy and her team are amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in Chicago area, you won’t regret it.
