Tracy is a full-time/full-service Realtor with a strong history in the industry and have experience with virtually every type of real estate transaction, including home buyers and sellers, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, leasing, income properties, and more. Her personal involvement with residential rehabs and investment properties allows her to recognize quality construction and enables her to help sellers determine the best and most cost-effective improvements they can make to yield the highest potential sale price.

She has been a resident in the Fox Valley area since 1992. She is currently living in the Churchill Club subdivision since 2004. Her three children are all active in school and Oswegoland Park District, where her husband James and her coach various sporting activities. She also volunteers and is a member of the Oswego Wolves Girls Softball program.
