Tracy Lu Guillen

Tracy Lu Guillen is the co-owner and broker for Esquire Property Management. She helped found Esquire in 2008 with the intention of providing Ventura County with a property management firm geared towards the highest levels of professionalism, reliability, and competence. Fortunately, they have grown rapidly each year, and one of the keys to their success is the strong work ethic which imbues their core team. Guillen’s family, for example, emigrated from Vietnam to California in the mid-1970s, and having witnessed her father go from busing tables to owning his own factory, she learned firsthand the importance of persistent and focused dedication. And after years of helping run the family business, she went on to achieve a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law, and now combines her education and her work ethic to diligently serve their clients at Esquire. As their business continues to grow, they pledge to remain steadfast on their founding commitment of excellent customer service. They have put together an incredible high yielding staff equipped in both talent and experience, and she now makes it her key priority to ensure their organization is still exceeding the expectations of their tenants and owners.
