Many of Tracy's transactions involve properties not listed publicly on the market for sale or lease. She considers her clients’ privacy to be paramount and provides the highest attention to her clients’ needs. At heart, Tracy is an outdoor adventurer who loves to challenge herself. She is an accomplished skier and scuba diver and has climbed the highest mountain peaks in the continental US, including Mount Whitney – twice. She has also trekked across England, Scotland, France, Mongolia, Switzerland, Iceland, and Italy. She brings the same level of determination and commitment to her work. An active social and philanthropic member of the Malibu community, Tracy is a passionate advocate for many charitable causes, especially Hope for Paws, Meals on Wheels, The Los Angeles Mission, The Salvation Army, and Me to We which helps bring clean water and jobs to people in Africa.
