Tracy Maldonado, retired from the USAF, is a licensed Real Estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate - The Good Life Group working out of the Omaha, NE office. She specializes in the sale and purchase of homes in Omaha and surrounding areas. Tracy offers a winning combination of experience, peer respect, professional strengths, and proven success. She knows placing clients' needs, goals, and objectives at the forefront of every transaction are vital components and strictly adhered to.

Tracy is proud of a stellar reputation that began years ago when she was named CBSHOME's Lakeside Rookie of the Year after her first twelve months as a Realtor. Several years later she transferred to the Gold Coast Real Estate Group and became a top producing agent. Her former position as a United States Air Force First Sergeant gave her years of experience in communication, negotiation, and management skills. To ensure a successful experience Tracy utilizes her talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as her skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure. She has an in-depth knowledge of area neighborhoods and real estate market.

Tracy is married and has two children. Her educational background consists of an Associate's Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor's Degree from Bellevue University, a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Peru State College in Learning and Curriculum. She retired from the United Air Force in 2004 as a Master Sergeant and taught advance pre-algebra for 7 years at Ralston Middle School.
