We are a family of four and had been renting for 10 years. We saw the market and interest rates rising, rent rising, and decided to take the plunge of trying to buy a home. We called Tracy Martinez and she guided us with her knowledge and expertise during an extremely volatile market. She took great care and measures to make sure we didn’t make a rushed offer or settle for a floor plan we were not going to love long term. Every offer we made, she was consistently thorough and communicative to the listing agent. In fact, the home we got felt like a miracle, but it was mostly due to her amazing and professional collaboration with the listing agent who did not have much experience under his belt. I didn’t think looking for a home would be this nerve wracking, exciting and fun all at the same time in Spring of 2022. What we thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be thrilling and an awesome new opportunity in our lives. We can’t thank Tracy enough for her nonstop support and guidance with such a huge financial decision and for making this transaction happen so smoothly. She was a true blessing.

A couple years ago Tracy Martinez helped sell our larger family home and downsize to a new home. This review is long overdue. The experience was amazing. Her service, commitment and dedication was top notch, and her knowledge of the area is unmatched. She staged our former home so beautifully that we almost didn't want to leave. Our parameters for the new home were very narrow based on area, not wanting to change schools, and size/price range, but she patiently showed us home after home until we found the perfect one. She acted as a skilled negotiator and left us completely satisfied with our sale and new purchase. We highly recommend Tracy Martinez to anyone looking for a realtor in San Diego or beyond.

I honestly can't say enough about what a wonderful realtor Tracy Martinez is. She is incredibly patient and showed us numerous houses until we finally found "the one." She does whatever it takes to make sure her clients are provided with the best service possible, all necessary steps are taken with great care and that you find the perfect home for your family. No matter how long it takes! And she has such a great attitude that is essential in lifting your spirits when you feel like the perfect home will never come. Tracy believes and helps make it happen!
Tracy is friendly, fun and professional, but she also knows how to get things done when the road gets bumpy. There were a couple of difficult situations during our house-hunting adventure and Tracy knew exactly what to do. Unethical selling agent? Difficult homeowners? Lender challenges? Nothing was beyond her expertise. She could handle anything with patience and professionalism.
