Being in Virginia, almost entirely, Tracy has a tremendous love for architecture, character, and all that Richmond so widely offers. Graduating from Virginia Tech, with a degree in Interior Design, Tracy is deeply ingrained in art & design.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Freelance Decorator on fast paced production teams that expanded her vision of contemporary and high-end lifestyles. Working & living in Los Angeles for 6 years on movies, working on films, commercials, and television production gained Tracy extensive exposure to a wide variety of décor, artistry, and high level of professionalism.
Having raised 5 children and married to a year Navy SEAL, Tracy can handle the pressure from real estate challenges and wholeheartedly embraces her clients that are buying or selling properties around Virginia. Tracy's commitment to excellence, integrity, problem solving, and positivity are her north star.
Let's get moving! Tracy is a fitness Instructor for her husband's company, SEAL Team Physical Training, an outdoor boot camp & part of the STPT Mobile Training Team. Between team building for Red Bull, Amazon, Blackstone Group and many more, they have inspired athletes and corporations around the world. These experiences have ingrained her high energy and 'NEVER QUIT' attitude.
Most importantly.... Tracy wants YOU to be INSPIRED by your HOME. Instead of downsizing, they bought a 22-acre farm - there's such wholeness to waking up surrounded by trees and wildlife. It is a breath-taking drive into the city passing fields, sunrises, and large estates. Tracy loves church on Sunday, antique shopping, the VMFA, painting in her studio in the woods, running an adventure race or hanging out on the farm with her chickens and big fluffy dog, Remington.
