Tracy was beyond amazing, and the most caring person I've ever met, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone making a big life decision for their family. It's not just buying/selling a house to her, it's helping people making a better life for themselves and their families. Her experience speaks for itself as she's been doing this a long time, but she also went above and beyond for us. We had some obstacles that were unlucky (that no one could help) and some that were a challenge to work with, but she was unwavering and guided us through the storm. She knew the right people to help us, and the right moves to make and gave us confidence through a convoluted process.
Words cannot express how grateful we are that we had found her. As I sit here and reminisce on what what it feels like to be in our new home for a little over a year now, I wanted to come back and re-write this review because she made THAT much of an impact and I really want her to stand out. She deserves recognition for how amazing she is. My mother will be moving from Idaho to the area so they can be closer to my family, and there is no doubt we will be walking through that journey with Tracy as well. Tracy, my whole family thanks you, you truly made all of the difference.

I have to say that Tracy was an amazing person to work with. My husband and I live out of state and had to sell our Kansas home and Tracy most definitely made it less stressful for us. Tracy is an amazing person and trustworthy. She went above and beyond. She is caring and compassionate, committed, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a an excellent Realtor. I only wish she would be able to assist us with purchasing our next home, but we live in FL now. Tracy, your the best! I highly recommend Tracy. She is the best you will not find anybody else like her to find you a house. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! When I googled Best Realtor in Topeka, KS, Tracy O'Brien popped up. We immediately called her on the way to make funeral plans for my Mom and she met us the same day. Tracy also answers texts, and emails immediately or sends a message immediately if she is in the middle of something. The connections Tracy has to work people is incredible and saved me a lot of money and time, as I live in Kansas City. She would meet workers at the house and she handled everything and went way above and beyond what anyone would ever think that a realtor would provide.

I was amazed at how hard Tracy worked to help me find a house to buy. We found one and closed on it very quickly. She will work with you and won't let the other side bully you. We had that happen on one house but I found another very quickly and closed on it within a week.
