Tracy is an excellent, thoughtful and professional agent. For simplicity's sake, we asked her to act as a dual agent on a listing she had. We are SO glad we did! Tracy did a remarkable job carefully and considerately working for both parties. In addition to making everything go as smoothly as it possibly could have, we felt she was fair and equally thoughtful to all involved. It is very evident that she thoroughly knows her business and is exemplary at it. You can't take that for granted these days and we feel very fortunate to have found her to work with!!

Tracy Penna is fantastic! I would use her as my realtor again in a second and recommend her to one and all.

She had helped my son five years ago and he was so pleased that he suggested I reach out to her when I needed to buy a home in Spokane. I warned her at the outset that my search would not be easy, as I had an ambiguous timeline and a ridiculously long list of very specific hard-to-find needs in a house. We also live in another state, so everything needed to be done remotely.

Throughout the process, Tracy was invariably helpful, realist, honest, patient, and highly responsive to every email and text. And when we finally found the house that was as close to perfect as we were likely to come, she helped us through several weeks of what for us was the confusing and overwhelming process of buying a home. She became our intelligent security blanket.

And, as promised, even after closing she has continued to be consistently helpful with our follow-up questions. I could not recommend her more highly.

Tracy has a 10 star work ethic, extensive experience and listened carefully to us throughout the process. She was always responsive and went above and beyond any other realtors we've ever worked with. We sold a house through her about 4 years ago and called her again for the sale of our current house. Simultaneously, she helped us with our new build as well. Because she listened carefully to us, she provided thoughts and ideas that we would never have come up with and we are truly grateful. The process itself was stressful at times, but Tracy was always there for us to clarify and to step in and ask questions on our behalf. She sold our house very quickly and worked closely with other realtors as needed. While closing is complete, she has assured us she will still assist us if we should need anything while our new home is being built. Thank you Tracy, you're a rock star!

We had never sold a house, or used a realtor before listing our home, of 23 years, with Tracy. We interviewed a few realtors, but we both knew right away after meeting with her, she was the realtor for us. We were not let down.
Tracy listened to our needs, guided us, answered every question, every phone call, but most of all treated us as if we were her only clients. Our home was priced correctly, had multiple offers, and sold in days. The process was so fast that she even negotiated extra time for us to move out! From the very first day we met with Tracy, we knew she was the perfect fit for our home. We had built our home 13 years earlier and selling it was a bit emotional for us but Tracy held our hands the entire way through the process. She is extremely professional and definitely knows her stuff. Our home sold within 4 days which was a surprise to us, but Tracy had warned us that it may happen quickly. We feel that she priced our home appropriately and had our back throughout the entire process. Even once we moved out of Spokane, Tracy was there for us to clean up some loose ends. We now consider Tracy a friend and have share with all our friends that if they are to sell their home, she would be their person to get it done!
