Tracy is wonderful. Her guidance and advice were invaluable. The staging emphasized all the great things about our home. The recommendations around the marketing and pricing of our home were on target enabling us to get to contract within 48 hours of listing. All the work we did prior to the listing combined with Tracy’s expertise resulted in a quick sale at an above list price. This is our 3rd sell/buy with Tracy. If we do it again, we’ll do it with TRACY!

Working with Tracy has been fantastic! My first time home buying experience was quite a tight squeeze with needing to be able to close before a specific date and required a lot of things be worked out in a short amount of time. Tracy was on top of it! She kept me in the loop of all that was happening and what I needed to do when, and she talked me through everything step by step, as the whole process was new to me. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with having Tracy as our realtor! She truly is a one of a kind professional who loves what she does and will not rest until she knows you are taken care of. I recently hired Tracy Ridings to sell my elderly parents’ house in Zionsville. She ran the comparisons for the neighborhood, toured the home and told me that we should invest in a few areas before we put the house on the market. I talked it over with my dad and he didn’t want to spend the money. After we put the house on the market, we received feedback from several of the visiting real estate agents that their clients. They didn’t like some of the things in the house and that it needed upgrades – the same upgrades Tracy had suggested from the beginning.

During the Covid-19 shutdown, we pulled the house off the market and upgraded the bathrooms, added new carpeting and installed granite counter tops. We put the house back on the market and it sold in FOUR days!

I believe in Tracy Ridings 100%. She is a professional. She is a hard worker. She knows the market, and most importantly, she knows what the buyer is looking for and what the buyer wants. Thank you Tracy!
My only regret is that we didn’t listen to her sooner and follow her recommendations from the beginning.

MULTIPLE OFFERS, TWO DAYS ON THE MARKET, AT HEIGHT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SOLD AT FULL ASKING PRICE.
Those words are the headline but there is more to the story. Tracy was easy to work with, professional in her work, and giving of her time, advice, and recommendations. Tracy worked with us to neutralize our colorful home and get it in step with current market conditions and competition. Tracy helped us by recommending neutral paint, new carpeting, and granite countertops to update our home and make it seem brand new again. In early February, she accompanied us to the store to help us shop for carpet and counters and we worked together to find materials that met our budget. We set up a timeline and scheduled work in a logical order so no contractor would delay or do damage to any prior work and get the home ready for the spring real estate market. The only problem was that while finishing our renovations, the COVID-19 virus began spreading and the world changed around us. Following the renovations that made our 20+ year old home look like a brand new one, we listed the house at her recommended price. This was 2 to 3 weeks into the COVID-19 pandemic and we were unsure if buyers were still out there. Tracy staged the home beautifully and enhanced its presentation. Discerning buyers were still shopping and looking for quality. We received MULTIPLE OFFERS in just TWO DAYS on the market and sold our home AT FULL ASKING PRICE at the height of the virus pandemic!

Tracy is such a pleasure to work with. She recently helped my fiancé and I purchase our first house, and it was such a great experience. She was very flexible, always willing to view a house with us within hours of its listing and staying up late as we worked out our offer.
