Tracy is very professional and explains everything. She explained to me all the steps that were going to be involved. She also listened to any concerns I had and provided me with solid information when she explained it. She helped a lot with the communication among seller, buyer, and lender. I always felt very informed and at ease with my closing process due to the fact that Tracy made sure everyone involved was in the loop. I knew exactly where I was in the process and what to expect next. She was there for the home inspection; she was also there for the appraisal and for the closing date. She shows true dedication. I also remember calling and texting her, and she would always reply back quickly. Even though there was a curve ball thrown in towards the last couple days of the estimated closing date, Tracy helped the seller and buyer stay on track and we continued ahead. Even though I had not selected a lender after my 1st week of my Purchase Agreement, a late appraisal, a curve ball thrown in, we were still able to close on time. She certainly helped this first time home buyer, and I'm sure she will continue helping many others with great results..Thanks Tracy!

In one word, INCREDIBLE! Tracy was easy to work with and produced results that no other realtor I had worked with previously was able to accomplish. The best aspect of my experience with Tracy is how she gets to know you personally and proves that the main focus in the collaboration is YOU, no matter if you're the seller or buyer. She gives you 110% and goes well beyond what you would expect. She sold two other homes in my family with the same meticulous care she provided for me. If you are working with anyone else to purchase or sell any property, you are NOT collaborating with the BEST. You will not be disappointed in the highest level of professionalism and knowledge Tracy brings to the table. I'm proud to call her my friend!
