A licensed broker and Realtor® since 2001, Tracy van Ravensway’s favorite moments are when she feels happiness radiating from her clients. A Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Tracy knows what sells a home and why. She puts her staging, design, and marketing skills to work on her sellers’ properties while using her keen eye to help buyers envision a space. Tracy’s real estate knowledge is extensive, and her achievements are impressive — her team has sold over one thousand homes — and she boosts her milestones with versatility, genuine compassion, and true artistry. This extensive knowledge is what motivated her to open her own brokerage in 2017 to become Collective Real Estate, a team that, once again, has been able to help hundreds of clients per year.
Tracy was born in Illinois but grew up a California girl. Although real estate was not part of her early life, the qualities that make for an A-list agent were. She inherited her compassion and strong work ethic from her mother, a resolute schoolteacher, and she’s passed on her parents’ teachings of the golden rule to her own children and other agents. Her empathetic nature may have influenced her pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Her studies and life experiences of work and travel have taught her patience, negotiation tactics, and how to manage virtually every personality type with grace.
Tracy happily spends her free time with her teenage son and daughter. One of her favorite pastimes with her daughter is growing her blog, “The Thread Talks,” connecting Tracy’s love of interior design with fashion. In addition to helping clients transform their spaces and doing remodels on her own investment properties, Tracy also enjoys yoga, spa days, travel, furniture, and clothes shopping, and walking her dogs, Biscuit and Gravy. Tracy is also enthusiastic about participating in events throughout her home community.
