Travis went above and beyond in every aspect of my first time home buying process. He treated me as if I was family, every referral he made was great and with each home we viewed he did a crime mapping of the area and checked for foundation issues, etc. He was honest about everything and took the time listen to what I was looking for in a home, any questions I had and he explained everything to me. We waded through the sea of realtors and decided to call Travis because of all of the great reviews and we couldn't be happier. The reviews are right on. Travis took some fantastic pictures of our house and had it listed nine days after we called him. Two days later we accepted an offer for more than we expected to get. Travis Conti worked with us for five straight years in order for us to find our first home. We were budget conscious so the time wasn't due to lack of options available from Travis. We were cautious to enter the market due to market events that occurred from 2007 until 2013. When we entered we were in the sellers market and were faced with a very fast paced decision environment that Travis was always sure to gauge our comfort with any potential consideration. Once a year I would contact Travis when I saw some items that piqued our interest. He would always be willing to make time for us and tell us the pros and cons of any property we viewed. Travis was my agent when I bought my current home two years ago. He was always very prompt in responding to my (many) emails and calls. He took me to probably over 50 homes that I wanted to tour and never once seemed anything but happy to be helping me out. He never pressured me to act on a house, even after months of showings, and his experienced eye helped notice and point out potential concerns about some of the homes I toured that I probably would not have realized without having an experienced realtor along. When I was ready to buy, Travis negotiated a good price for me and worked closely with me throughout the purchase. He also made several recommendations to me of individuals to help with handywork, for the a mortgate, inspection, etc. who were all top-notch. He is well-connected and recommends good people.
In addition to all of the above, I came to know enough about Travis to see that he is a really giving and good-hearted person. In addition to all of the time and effort he puts into helping his clients, he also does a lot of volunteer work and is involved with his church. I highly recommend Travis if you are considering buying or selling your home. You can't find someone who is more dedicated than him.
