Travis Lairsen, of Travis Realty, is not only the best realtor in Austin, he is one of the best in the country. We engaged Travis to purchase a home in Austin, while living outside of Texas. Travis not only sent us listing of available homes that met our criteria, and took us to look for a home each time when we were in Austin, but he also taught us about the neighborhoods in Austin. By the time we purchased a home, we understood the differences in the many areas of Austin and had a great feel for which neighborhoods would suit us best. Travis never pressured us to buy any home and often gave us sensible advice as to why a home that we were interested in might not be a good fit. Lastly, because we were out of town, Travis set us up with contractors to update the home and and checked on their progress for us, all at no charge. If you are looking for a realtor, you will not find a more honest, hardworking realtor in Austin than Travis.

I moved out of Austin and left Travis Lairsen with two homes to sell. Neither of them were very straight forward conventional deals and I was certain that both were going to fall apart at points. He held them together when I thought the buyers would surely walk away. Prompt, professional. In the future if I'm ever buying or selling in a market that Lairsen works in I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
