Lea's scope of experience lays in the Residential Real Estate side of sales. She has been a California licensed real estate agent since 1989. Aside from living in OR for a time, Lea has resided in and worked in the Inland Empire since childhood. In her real estate experience, she has closed many deals with a close rate of over 95%. Lea has sold properties in Los Angeles and Orange counties as well. She has been proud to have been apart of Rachel Winetsky's team at Re/Max Champions in Upland. Lea is now happy to be part of the Commercial Real Estate Industry where she takes pride in representing her clients and her brokerage firm with genuine reliable professionalism.

Starting her real estate career in 1989 as a part-time Realtor and full-time mother, Lea is also an accomplished writer, receiving honors from Portland Community College. She is also a graduate of University of Phoenix specializing in Criminal Justice. Lea holds a diploma in Nursing and has been a practicing nurse for the State of Oregon. Lea's most cherished accomplishment is that she has raised eight beautiful children whom are all respectful to others. Lea understands, and she is proud to be a strictly ethical professional. She holds value in her spirituality as well as she holds value in the culture of others. Lea is new to the commercial side of real estate, (March, 2019). Real Estate professional since 1989. My best character traits are: respectful of all people, friendly, propensity to be organized, problem solving, determination, love, and patience. Throughout my experiences you could have found me being a Sweet Adeline's International Member, singing with Spirited Choir of St Joseph's in Upland, Oregon State Licensed Nurse, Portland Community College Library Award Winner runner-up, volunteer paralegal at Kirkland Prosecutors Office in WA State, Children's Cancer Society volunteer, coaching gymnastics for Upland & Ontario Parks & Recreation, Kindergarten Room Mother, Pop Warner Cheer Coach Upland, Little League Team Mother, I home schooled my children, owned and operated a dance studio in La Verne, and participated in a Jazz Band playing the alto saxophone. As a youngster and into my adult life I have been athletic, competing in gymnastics, dance, badminton, and coed valley ball.
