Overall this is a great team. We had a slight hiccup in the beginning, but Chasity and Sebastian were purely the reason we decided stick with them. Chasity has been an absolute delight to work with. She really enjoys her job and it shows! She went above and beyond for us, and kept in contact throughout the process. They are the most professional, dedicated, and helpful, people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were there for us and with us from beginning to end of the house buying process. The Winfield Group made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. Whenever we had a question or concern, we were validated and heard. They treated us like family, and not once did we feel like just a transaction. Our representative, Angie, was such a pleasure to work with. She had wonderful communication every step of the way, and she made searching for homes fun instead of it feeling like a chore. She was also extremely patient with us. I would definitely recommend Travis Windfield and his team when it comes to purchasing a home. Not only is Travis a Navy veteran but he has a lot experience in the realty business. Travis and his team are Amazing. I have used them twice now. Once back in 2015 when I first purchased a home and fast forward to 2021, they helped me sell that same house very quickly. The time and effort they put into their work is amazing. They are all very informative, helpful and resourceful. Travis and his son Sebastian are a great team.
Once we sold our home Travis and his team helped us find our new home. We honestly were not the easiest clients to work with because of our uncertainty and what we actually wanted in our next house. We probably looked at over 40 different houses, but they were all very patient and they all went above and beyond to help us close on our current home. I would recommend Travis and his team to anybody, he loves to help out veterans and current active duty military as he is a retired Sailor with more than 20 plus years of service in the Navy to our great nation.
Don’t think twice about using him he is a great person and genuinely cares for his clients and their future, he will always look out for your best interest.

He was extremely knowledgeable in the VA loan since he’s a navy veteran himself which really put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. The Winfield Group provides VIP service to their clients from start to finish. We relocated from the Bay Area and needed a local expert to help us determine where we wanted to buy. We were also first time buyers and needed a lot of education on how to prepare for and execute on buying a home. They were patient, taught us about the home buying process, and showed us homes in a variety of neighborhoods so we could get a sense of the different communities in the area. Once we found homes we liked, they helped us make strong offers on properties and ultimately helped us get an offer accepted. Once accepted, they took care of scheduling inspectors, helped negotiate repairs, and got us to the finish line with ease. I would recommend Travis and his team to any of my friends and family looking buy in the area.

I may have been disappointed during the first day of looking at houses, but I had unrealistic expectations with how the market was despite everything Travis and Sebastian tried to tell me. Have faith with them and they will absolutely support you in the home buying process, and make sure you can get the best deal possible! In a market with houses going for an exceptional amount over list price, they were able to negotiate on my behalf for only marginally over list price. I will recommend them to anyone I know that is buying or selling!

My husband and I started our home buying journey in 2015. As first time home buyers, Travis was there to walk us through the process with so much patience and enthusiasm. He and his team helped us understand the the process from start to finish, He answered the 1000 questions that we had and kept us informed on everything that was going on. I have read some of the reviews and to be honest its hard to believe that Travis was not communicating. Whenever we left him a message or sent him a text we got a response right away.

We sold our home in May 2020 and once again Travis and his team helped us get the most from our property.
