Treetop Group is a real estate group based in Woburn, MA. It is helmed by Sid Gehlot who, since 2009, has actively invested in the Boston and Greater Boston area. From its humble beginnings as 106 Vernal St LLC, the Group has today grown to comprise Treetop Investments, Treetop Rentals, and Treetop Capital.
Treetop Group focuses on residential renovations, construction of single-family and mid-sized developments, as well as long-term property acquisitions. Work is alongside a team of approximately 40 professionals, from licensed electricians, plumbers, contractors and architects, to legal and financial advisors. Their expertise provide us and our investors with broad perspectives in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, development, tax, financing, as well as accounting practices.
