Married for more than 23 years to his wife Megan, an Endodontist and proud UCLA and USC alum with whom he has three daughters, Tregg is an avid surfer, dog lover, beekeeper, and weekend gardener. The Rustads currently reside in Santa Monica, where they are active in the local community and public school system, and together they have owned, built and remodeled a variety of local properties. These range from single family homes to duplexes, and a number of high-rise condominiums, empowering Tregg with a working, firsthand experience in all aspects of development and construction, which he extends to his clients on a daily basis.
