Trevin was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very simple and easy, and took care of everything seamlessly. It was on a short notice but he was able to coordinate photography, listing and scheduling viewings in no time, and we ended up renting our place in 24 hours.
He puts your mind at ease, very responsive and professional. We will definitely be working with him in the future and recommending him to anyone!

Smooth͏ operator
From day 1 everything was explained to us with no pressure to sign up with him. When we decided to go with him, everything was prepped nicely, staffed photos taken. We got regular updates and recommendations on pricing especially during a time where it was more a buyers market. At the end we were still able to get a good price, and he even fought to keep the sale price after the inspection when our buyers were really trying to get more out of us.

Mr. Trevin Perez was instrumental in obtaining my brother's house.His professional and personal attention made the enormous task of purchasing a house a very pleasant experience. Trevin from OfferPad, assisted my family with purchasing our second home. This was a scary process in this market, where home prices sky-rocketed, and it is also difficult when you have a large family with each members having different needs. Trevin was knowledgeable about the current market, patient, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to investigate new areas, and to help us get our dream home. Even while we were stressed, and switched out minds multiple times, he kept pushing us forward. The process was fast, seamless, and everything was done online (which is amazing due to COVID concerns) and he texted promptly to answer all of our questions and concerns (which is our preferred contact method, since we hate long phone calls that could have been a text or an email). We look forward to working with him in the future and we will recommend him to all our friends and family members going forward. I have worked with multiple realtors in the past, who are just looking for a quick pay-day and will pressure you into the first home that you see, however this guy he will stick by you until you find the home that you love, and he will keep you informed, calm, and well advice so that you can making the right choice, and process the purchase as smoothly as possible. I had went through a few Relator’s in my search for a new home as a first time home buyer and I wanted to make sure my Relator understood the importance of my personal needs in the home buying process.
