Trevor is an excellent Realtor. I could just leave it at that and it would cover him and his team. But the unseen aspects of his service are the continuous communication, his professionalism during the entire process, his willingness to answer any and all questions, and his unwavering can do attitude. Everything I asked for and more was provided in the sale of my property up to and including his assistance on finding me a place to rent. That is so outside what I expected. He was there every step of the way and I cannot tell you how nice of a person he is. It was more than him selling my home. It was a relationship built on trust. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to sell or buy. He’s that good. Again, I cannot put into words has satisfies I was with Trevor and his team.

My husband and I cannot praise Trevor enough. As first time home buyers, he was consistently available to answer our questions. He was beyond professional, patient, kind, hard working and we can’t deny he got us to still have some fun during the stressful times. We had a very difficult transaction from the seller, but he never gave up. He knew when it was time to bring in additional support and his boss, Sergio, was also a wonderful person to have on our team. Our running joke for Trevor is he wasn’t going to give up the fight for us because he didn’t hear no bells 🥊. As long as Trevor is in the Real Estate business, he is our agent for life! 1000/10!

I can’t say enough in one google review to express how Trevor and Chris went above and beyond assisting me with my seemingly impossible moving situation. Relocating from Maryland to Florida for work with a timeframe of less than three weeks. The rental market was absolute madness. No one wanted to help or answer questions. Large companies wanted to just take my application money and hang me out to dry. There was little I could do remotely from Maryland and things were looking bleak.

That’s where Chris and Trevor came in. They asked me the right questions to hone in and narrow down the hundreds of rental options for me and worked directly with the rental agents that they felt out would actually help my situation. Coordinating with them, I flew down and Trevor lined up and walked me through all potential prospects. He was extremely knowledgeable of the areas, pros and cons of different houses, and offered up personal experiences. He is a hustler! We managed to knock out 5 houses in one morning/afternoon!

Long story short, I am renting an amazing property and loving Florida and loving my new job. I flat out could not have done it or came close to meeting the deadlines without the help of Chris and Trevor.
I will 100% be utilizing them when I am ready to purchase my first home here and I will continue to use them thereafter. I highly recommend reaching out to them and seeing how they can help you today!
