Trevor Olkowski

Trevor is originally from Grand Junction, Colorado, a small town on the western slope of the state. He attended college for three years at the University of Colorado, Boulder, pursuing a bachelor’s degree at The Leeds School of Business for management and real estate. While working on the degree, he also attended school on an athletic golf scholarship, lettering for his accomplishments on the golf course each year of attendance.

After his time at Colorado, he transferred to take his education and athletics to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Attending the Lee School of Business and playing on the golf team for two years, he graduated with a business degree in management and entrepreneurship.

While in school, Trevor was actively involved in real estate. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2019, with his initial focus on residential and gradually transitioning to commercial real estate. Since graduating, he has been involved in all aspects of asset management, project development, and leasing for G2 Capital Development.
