Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith has been a real estate broker at Lake Tahoe since 1990. Trevor grew up in a real estate family in Los Angeles and learned a lot as a kid watching his dad run two large real estate offices in Northridge and Woodland Hills, CA.

Trevor’s work ethic was born in Los Angeles and transplanted to Lake Tahoe. He has attained the highest honors as the number 1 agent in the State of Nevada. He has also been published in many major national publications, including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and his loyal clients, Tahoe Quarterly. Trevor has also appeared on local media in Northern Nevada Real Estate Radio.

Trevor has the experience and expertise that other local brokers and out-of-town buyers in the know seek out. He has collaborated with clients to build every conceivable project known to Lake Tahoe, including single-family, townhome, condominium, commercial, and even timeshare and affordable housing developments. His knowledge and expertise in this area is second to none. Dealing with Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) is always challenging, and Trevor can explain all of the hurdles in simple English. He is a creative thinker and loves to use technology to leverage his client’s interests, whether buying or selling. He participates in local board leadership as the past president of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and serves on the Public Policy and Multiple Listing Service and technology and contracts committees. Trevor is also the 2021 Treasurer for Nevada Realtors.

Trevor is an avid golfer and a member of the Incline Village Golf Club and the Montreux Country Club. In his spare time, he is planning a golf trip or traveling with the love of his life, Amy Smith. Trevor and Amy live in Incline Village off Lower Tyner and enjoy hiking the Crystal Bay trails. You can also see them frequently hiking Lakeshore Boulevard and keeping an eye on Tahoe’s stunning beauty as well as the latest happenings in waterfront real estate. Trevor and Amy regularly attend local charity events and avidly support The Pet Network, The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Project Mana as well as ALS of Nevada, Lake Tahoe School, and Incline Village Schools.
