I want to write about the excellent service my wife and I received from Trey Morelock with Realty One New Mexico.
She became our realtor a little over a year ago. We were wanting to make the move back to the states from Costa Rica and thought NM would be a great place to land.
We have never lived in NM before and didn’t know where in the state we wanted to end up.
Trey was awesome and guided us thru the whole long process.
When we made our scouting trip last Dec., Trey set up homes to see in different cities around NM even tho she worked in ABQ.
She wanted us to find the dream home we wanted.
So a long year later, we ended up buying a home about a mile from the first home we fell in love with in NM, one that Trey showed us!
She took the time to truly listen to both of us and knew where we would end up. It felt that Trey really understood what we wanted and helped us get there. Even while getting us showings all over the state.
Then in June when things looked like they were all falling apart, Trey kept us calm ( most of the time) and kept everything on track.
We are completely happy with our new home and the service we received from Trey and her whole team!! They all went above and beyond!
Highly recommend Trey Morelock and her team!

Trey is an absolutely amazing realtor!! As a veteran and military spouse, I value her expertise and the genuine interest she showed in helping get me the best home possible even when I couldn’t be in Albuquerque to look at properties in person. I would 100 percent recommend her to my family and friends, and if I ever need an agent in Abq in the future, I will definitely work with Trey!

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Trey! She has such an amazing personality and made house hunting fun! Trey is very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages - and we had a lot of questions! She is very knowledgeable about the local area which was extremely helpful since we moved here from out of state. I would highly recommend Trey for any of your real estate needs!
